Dr. Bipul Saha

Dr. Bipul Saha is at present Advisor to NACL Industries Limited (formerly known as Nagarjuna Agrichem Limited), Hyderabad. Prior to this, he was (a) Director – Research and Development in L.R. Research Laboratories (b) President of Vinati Organics (c) Director in Gharda Chemicals (d) Vice President in Lalbhai Group (e) General Manager in Monsanto (f) R&D Manager in Pfizer and (g) Scientist in Bhabha Atomic Research Centre. He is in the editorial advisory board of American Chemical Society’s “ACS Agricultural Science and Technology Journal”. Earlier, he was editorial advisory board member of (a) .Agri Business Global (USA) (b) Farm Chemicals International (USA) and (Carbohydrate Newsletter . Dr. Saha was also editor of “Indian Society for Environmental Science & Technology Newsletter”. He was invited as Principal Investigator and member of the steering committee of Government of India sponsored "New Millennium Indian Technology Leadership Initiative Project". Dr. Saha is closely associated with “International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC)”, which is one of the largest global organizations of Chemistry Professionals. He has been elected as member of “IUPAC Bureau” for the period 2020-23. In the 100 years history of IUPAC, Dr. B. Saha is second person from India to be elected in this position after “Bharat Ratna” Professor C.N. R. Rao in 1979. He is also “Executive Committee Member” and “Secretary”of “IUPAC Committee on Chemistry and Industry”- 1st Indian to hold this position. Dr. Saha was “National Representative of India” in “IUPAC Division of Chemistry and Environment” and was member of “IUPAC Inter-Divisional Committee on Green Chemistry for Sustainable Development”. He has been invited by the American Chemical Society to be member of the team to develop “Global Code of Ethics for Chemists”. Dr. Saha has been Visiting Professor in reputed Universities and Management Institutes including IIT. Dr. Saha carried out post-doctoral research with Nobel Laureate Professor Derek Barton and has been awarded Homi Bhabha Gold Medal, S.N.Bhattacharya Medal and other prizes. His academic qualification is M.Sc (Gold Medalist), Ph.D (Chemistry),MBA, Ph.D (Management) . Dr. Saha is invited as Chairman, International Resource Person and Speaker all over the world. In recent years he has delivered speeches in USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Italy, Brazil, France, Belgium, Slovakia, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and other countries.
IK Bahl

Mr. I.K. Bahl, B.Sc., L.I.R.I, AMPRI, Associated with rubber industry for last 55 years. Started the career with an organization manufacturing reclaimed rubber, moulded rubber products, linings for chemical resistance etc. Had the opportunity to work with Hilton Rubbers in 1973, presently known as Forech India Pvt. Ltd. and since then continuing with them in one form and another as company structure and profiles had been changing with time. In these years, worked in different capacities and was involved in manufacturing of Conveyor Belts, rubber conveyor accessories, rubber sheeting, wear resistant rubbers. At one time, much involved in the manufacture of power transmission belts.

Mr. V SRINIVASAN , has over 50 years of working experience in all aspects of manufacturing & Marketing of Tyre and Industrial & Auto Rubber Parts in various world locations. Was the 'Country Head - CHINA' for outsourcing for Tires & Auto Rubber products for the outsourcing arm of JK Tyres. Held posts such as Senior Vice President - Business Development and Executive Director - Technical of Fenner India. Joined DUNLOP India as a Management Trainee in 1969 and rose to head the Projects and Development division. Expert in Rehabilitation projects – Dunlop India, Swastik Rubber, G Premji Group – Thailand, Dunlop – Nigeria, Fenner South Africa, Powermax Tyres, Guangzhou Pearl River Tyre Co. Troubleshooting – Wanda – China, Thaisin – Thailand. Recent and Current assignments include Passenger and Truck Tyre Project In Nigeria for the Solai Group of UK, Off the Road Racing tyre development for Gibson GmbH of Germany, Feasibility of Using Off spec Compounds in USA for Global Alliance USA, Poly V belt manufacture in India for HUTCHINSON – France. Has written books and articles on Tyre Manufacture, V Belt manufacture and is a popular speaker in the Tyre Circuit.
